Beta payment and refund policy
The current public staging acceptance uses Stripe test mode only.
Stripe test mode
- Test cards do not move real money.
- A simulated refund reverses the matching purchased credits in the customer ledger.
- Partial and full refunds are reconciled cumulatively and duplicate webhook delivery does not reverse credits twice.

Request help
Use the beta support channel provided with your invitation. Include the payment session id beginning with pay_, the approximate time, and the amount. Never send card details or an API key.
